You couldn't ask for a more tranquil setting than The Woods in Orono, MN. A wonderful backdrop for this wonderful couple. The rain held off, temps in the high 50s. Perfect really. Joanna, in her gorgeous dress and red shoes kept photographer George Day of MetroStyle Studios busy turning a wedding shoot into an all out fashion shoot. Jarad seemed to show interest in my GlideCam for a good part of the day, so I surprised him and let him film a portion of the Father Daughter Dance. Really a great job Jarad! The look on Joanna and Joanna's Dad's face were priceless. Maybe I'll post that dance at a later time. Pics and video at the St. Anthony bridge and The Ruins turned out great as the sun made an appearance. Our first time in The Profile Event Center's Casablanca Room was a welcome relief after filming in the Diamond Room next door earlier that month. The Casablanca Room was much roomier and brighter, which made filming and setup less of a challenge. And only one level! Not three! Either way, the first two minutes of the highlight features a cinematic look at The Woods via GlideCam. Enjoy!!!
